Because we love you (and our products), all of our products and hydraulic pumps are under warranty from manufacturer defects for a period of one year from the date of sale at minimum. In fact, we offer a standard warranty of at least 2 years included in the price of most of our products—be sure to look for it as you are checking out salon equipment for sale on our website. You can also elect the option to extend your warranty for a small, flat rate of $10 per each year extension. Simple is as simple does.

We do realize that most of our customers are pretty amazing artists that work with extreme tools like sharp scissors, hot irons, waterworks, chemicals, and hair dyes in a rainbow of colors. By all means, be successful at what you do. However, our attorneys make us disclose that the WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER damage caused by use such as (but not limited to) cuts, water, fire, discoloration, fading, or staining. Also, warranty is voided where there is evidence of products being altered from the original state, improper plumbing or installation, mishandling, abuse or misuse of equipment, so hire a super awesome plumber and be careful with your cool, new products.

On the style of our products, items are subject to design changes in order to better the quality and lifespan of our chairs, stations, and other equipment.

Oh, and change your dryer filter often: Dryer motors and hoods are under warranty for 2 years, except when failure is due to NOT changing the dryer filter every 4-6 months. Any warranties offered by our suppliers and not mentioned above are not covered by warranty. Warranty period ends at decided upon date from time of purchase; the replacement of any parts within the warranty period does not renew or restart the warranty period.

Only defective parts will be replaced. Labor costs are not covered. All defective merchandise must be returned to us to receive warranty credit; otherwise, warranty invoices must be paid. All freight costs on warranty issues that occur within 45 days of purchase will be the responsibility of us in both directions. After 45 days of purchase, the buyer is responsible for the freight to return the defective products to us for the remainder of the first year. After the first year, buyers are responsible for all freight (both to and from). Warranty applies only to original purchaser and is not transferable. If this all makes sense, then let's go shopping!
